Quireboys 30th Anniversary Concert

In December 2022, The Quireboys original lineup reformed for the first time in 30 years since their debut #2 album at London’s O2 Academy, Islington.

Running a 32 channel audio rig, featuring microphones including vintage Neumann & AKG, as well as offerings from AEA, Coles, Shure, we captured every detail of the energy and performance.

We enlisted a multicamera setup using Blackmagic Design 6K cinema cameras, strategically placed around the venue on fluid head tripods with operators, a steadycam by the front of stage to catch all the close up action with a fixed dedicated drum cam on stage.

The concert is destined for a CD, streaming, and Amazon Prime Video release next year.
